Upon a beautiful sunny morning ‘Beauty’ in her attractive garments was wandering around the seashore. People looking at her were left mesmerized by her beauty and sweetness.
Around the same seashore, in the same sunny morning was ‘Ugliness’ wandering. They crossed each other. While whole surrounding crowd was continuously looking at Miss ‘Beauty’, our Mr.’Ugliness’ busy in his ugly thoughts hardly had a time to notice her beauty. He saw her while crossing each other, and with no expressions on his face, he walked ahead. But Miss ‘Beauty’ looked at him with her lovely smile. Mr.’Ugliness’ was left stunned with her kind behavior. He looked back at ‘Beauty’, she was still smiling.
She walked towards ‘Ugliness’ and said, “Let us bathe in the sea.”
Then they disrobed and swam in the waters. And after a while ‘Ugliness’ came back to shore and garmented himself with the garments of Beauty and walked away. Some time later ‘Beauty’ too came out of the sea, and found not her raiment, and she was too shy to be naked, therefore she dressed herself with the raiment of ‘Ugliness’ and ‘Beauty’ walked her way. And now ‘Ugliness’ was in the raiment of ‘Beauty’ and Miss ‘Beauty’ in the raiment of ‘Ugliness’.
Men and women walking around seashore mistaken the one for the other. They ran behind the ‘Ugliness’ who had dressed himself in the raiment of ‘Beauty’ and no one ever noticed real ‘Beauty’ dressed in the raiment of ‘Ugliness’.
From this very day men and women mistake the one for the other.
Also yet even today there are some in this world who have beheld the face of ‘Beauty’, and they can notice her even if she is robed with the garments of ‘Ugliness’. And there are some who know the face of ‘Ugliness’ is covered under the garments of ‘Beauty’.
